Not many men decide to give their penis and testicles to a penis museum. Even fewer will have them cut off while still alive. There's one guy who has a large package, and has given it to the museum.

The only one that's donating his penis and testicles while alive is an American who named his penis 'Elmo'. This is an especially large penis with big balls, and the entire process is being filmed for a TV documentary. Elmo is becoming the first penis celebrity from this!
Everyone else donating to the penis museum wants to wait until they die to give up their sex organs.
